1. Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers
    Cinnamon French Toast Sticks
    2. Breakfast sausage links, cooked and cut into 3 pieces
    3. Fresh fruit, such as melon, strawberries and bananas,
    cut into 1“ chunks
    4. Wooden skewers
    5. 8 oz. low-fat yogurt
Prepare Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers Cinnamon French Toast Sticks according to package directions. Cut each French Toast Stick into 3 squares. Using skewers alternate squares of French toast with fresh fruit and breakfast sausage pieces.

Serve with syrup & yogurt for dunking.

Recipe Tip: Flavor your own yogurt! Buy 8 oz. containers of plain low-fat yogurt and mix in your favorite flavors: 2 teaspoons honey and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; 2 teaspoons jam; 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract.
