Meat & Cheese:
1. 4 Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers Mini-Pancakes
2. 1 slice American Cheese, quartered
3. 1 slice Turkey or Ham, quartered
Veggie & Cheese:
1. 4 Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers Mini-Pancakes
2. 1 small tomato, sliced
3. 2 mushrooms, sliced
Fruit and Cheese
1. 4 Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers Mini-Pancakes
2. An apple or pear, thinly sliced
3. 1 Cheddar or Provolone cheese slice, quartered
Top 2 Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers Mini-Pancakes with
the sandwich ingredients of your choice. Top with the remaining 2
pancakes. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Place sandwich
in pan and grill each side 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and ingredients
are warm.
Serve with syrup for dunking.
Servings: 1
Recipe Tip: When making Grilled Cheese Pancakes for a large group,
place sandwiches on a baking sheet, lined with foil or parchment.
Bake at 375º for 3-4 minutes on each side.
