1. Aunt Jemima Syrup Dunk’ers Mini-Pancakes
    2. 1 pint vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt,
    slightly softened
    3. 5 strawberries or 1 banana, sliced
    4. Mini chocolate chips, optional
    5. Walnuts, chopped, optional
Stir fruit of your choice into frozen yogurt. Spread 3 tablespoons frozen yogurt on pancake, reaching the edge of the pancake.
Top with remaining pancake. Rollthe edges of the sandwich in mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts. Serve immediately or freeze on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
