TO ENTER ONLINE: The sweepstakes will be posted on Nickelodeon's website, www.nick.com starting on or about 12:01PM EST May 5, 2003 and ending at 11:59PM CST on July 3, 2003. Entrants must get their parent or legal guardian's permission and fill out all required fields on the Sweepstakes entry form located at http://www.nick.com/ads/kidcuisine/oddparents/sweeps.jhtml, and return the entry electronically. Incomplete or inaccurate online entry forms are void. Limit one entry per person per day. In the event there is more than one eligible child per household, online entries using parent/legal guardian email address may be used once per day for each eligible child in the household. By completing the online entry form, you and your parent/legal guardian are agreeing to be notified by email if you are chosen as a winner in Kid Cuisine's "Win Your Wish" Sweepstakes. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor, MTV Networks, WonderGroup, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, manufacturers, licensees or agents, advertising and promotion agencies, ("Included Companies") are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes. Should the online portion of the Sweepstakes be terminated or cancelled prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the website, and any entries received prior to the termination or cancellation will be included in the drawing. The use of any system or agent to submit entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning first name and email address will be declared the winner. Collection of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Nickelodeon Online Privacy Policy as posted on nick.com. All online entries must be received at nick.com by 11:59PM CST on July 3, 2003.

The parent/guardian of each online entrant will be sent a notification email upon electronic submission of the online entry form confirming entry into the sweepstakes and providing the option to withdraw entry. If the option to withdraw is not exercised within the time period indicated on such notice the entry will be deemed submitted.

All employees of Sponsor and Included Companies and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

1) Entertainment system
To include a 42" Plasma Widescreen TV from Gateway, Pioneer home theatre system (or equivalent), Nintendo GameCube video gaming system package (or equivalent), three (3) rated E for everyone games and three (3) rated G or PG DVD Movies of their choice.
2) Toy Shopping Spree
To be awarded in the form of an American Express gift certificate in the amount of $4,000.
3) Backyard Package
To include a Doughboy above ground swimming pool (or equivalent), swing set with slide, basketball hoop, two basketballs, badminton set, and a crocket set.
4) Family Vacation
Winner and three guests (winner must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian) will be awarded a 7 day/6 night trip to Orlando, Florida. Trip to include round trip coach airfare for four (4) from a major airport closest to Grand Prize winner's residence in the U.S. to Orlando, Florida, limo ride to and from airport, standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice consisting of 1 room for 6 nights, quad occupancy, a VIP tour of Nickelodeon Studios, and $500 in spending cash.

First Prizes (200):
Each winner will receive a Nintendo Game Boy Advance and The Fairly OddParents "Enter the Cleft" Game Boy Advance videogame.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize package: $4,000. ARV of each First Prize: $99.98. ARV of all sweepstakes prizing is $39,996.00. Terms, conditions and restrictions on use of gift certificate(s) may apply. All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the individual winner.

A total of 205 Winners will be selected by random drawing for the prizes listed above. All federal, state and local taxes on the prizes are the winner's responsibility. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. All prizes not claimed will not be awarded. Only one prize per household or address is permitted.

WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible mail-in and online electronic entries received to be held between the hours of 12:01 AM CST and 11:59 PM CST on 7/11/03 by ARROWHEAD Promotion and Fulfillment Co., Inc., an independent organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone, mail or email on or before 7/25/03. If a winner enters via postcard, winner will be notified via phone or mail. If winner enters via online, winner's parent/guardian will be notified by email and winner's parent/guardian must respond to sender within 5 business days or be subject to disqualification. Winners must comply with all sweepstakes rules as published. All winners, or the parent or legal guardian of such winners should the winner be a minor in their state of residence, will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity and Liability Release before any prize(s) will be awarded. Winners or their parent or legal guardian will be required to execute and return the Affidavit and Release within fourteen days from the date on the prize notification letter. Failure to comply with this requirement for any reason or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner, if any, will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries and awarded the prize, time permitting. Winner also further acknowledges that Sponsor and Included Companies and all of their respective officers, directors employees have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize or these sweepstakes including but not limited to quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, address (city, state), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes worldwide, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
