Yeah, he uses a wheelchair (like you've never seen a wheelchair used, believe us), but that's kinda beside the point. See, Pelswick's the kid who GETS IT—he knows which jokes are funny, which rules are useless, and exactly how far he can push bully Boyd Scullarzo before there's an "incident." He plays sports, he draws cartoons, and he gets in heaps of trouble with his best friends, Ace Nakamura and Goon Gunderson. He's even got an elephant-sized crush on a girl named Julie Smockford.
