Each day at noon, two balloons hold a race; Blue is quiet and soft spoken - loves to race even though he isn't fast and never wins, and Red is a bully, wins every race and constantly picks on Blue. Blue soon decides not to race anymore and flies away, eventually learning something new about himself and, accidentally, learning how to fly faster.
