Nick_Lachey: Hey everybody! Thanks for logging on tonight. It's a pleasure to be here!

Nick_Lachey: I was about six years old, in church.

MODMSG warlocks: Hey Nick, did you ever want to be an actor?

Nick_Lachey: Yeah, I did used to. I actually majored in theater in college my first year...I did acting, still do.

MODMSG fuzzy98: Hi Nick. What made you choose the phoenix for your tattoo?

Nick_Lachey: The story of the phoenix represented to me resiliency. In the worst situations something good can happen...

Nick_Lachey: and there can be hope. It represents hope and perseverance.

MODMSG ladeybugg: Hey Nick...I just want to ask you if you believe your music is wholesome for every age to listen to? I am in college and I love your music...do you think other ages can relate as well?

Nick_Lachey: Yeah, ladebugg, I do...obviously some songs are better for younger kids than others.

Nick_Lachey: But I do think our music as a whole is wholesome...I don't think any of our music is anything for anyone to be afraid of, in that respect.

MODMSG deeda13: Ok, first of all...I love you guys!!! You are the best—your music is so inspiring and I love you guys for it. I was wondering, what goes through your mind while you are on stage performing in front of all of those people? What are you thinking on stage?

Nick_Lachey: I think we're just enjoying it...trying to feed off the energy of the crowd...

Nick_Lachey: trying to put on a great show. We're thinking "Wow! This is awesome," deeda!

Nick_Lachey: My favorite song is called "My Everything," a love song that was inspired for me by my girlfriend.

Nick_Lachey: No, angel...I speak very little Spanish.

Nick_Lachey: But I speak French.

Nick_Lachey: I listen to pretty much anything and everything...rock, classic rock, rap, R&B, jazz.

Nick_Lachey: No...when I was little, I thought I'd be a professional football player.

Nick_Lachey: Bruce Willis is like a huge idol for me...so if I had the chance to switch places with him for a day, or a month!

Drew_Lachey: Yes, when I was little I used to take gymnastics.

Drew_Lachey:I dreamed about going to the 1996 Olympics.

nickyapper: Have you been watching the Olympics this week?

Drew_Lachey: I'm still a huge a huge fan of the sport.

MODMSG sandersgrl: Drew, what do you do to Nick when you make him mad? Is it funny?

Drew_Lachey: Nick hates getting poked in the ribs, so when I was little I used to poke him in the ribs...constantly. I thought it was funny, but he didn't!

Drew_Lachey: Actually, it's a very common event for us to mix up lyrics. I did it just the other day on "The Rosie O'Donnell Show." It's what we like to call a brain fa**.

MODMSG smitty98: Hey Drew! Just wanna let you know that you're the fav on my college dorm floor!! I think it's totally awesome that you have a lot more lead vocals on this album, and the songs that you co-wrote are great. How did it feel being able to let everyone hear your fine voice a lot more this time around?

Drew_Lachey: Honestly, that was not a big concern of mine, making this record. We all have our part to play and are comfortable with our roles. But it does feel good to have people enjoying what I do.

MODMSG luvindrew: Drew, did you ever think you would end up being as famous as you are now?

Drew_Lachey: Well, luvindrew, being famous is never quite what I thought that it would be...

Drew_Lachey: but I am enjoying it and it has a lot of pros and cons to it.

MODMSG brittfly:Hi Drew! What is the memory that sticks out most in your life so far?

Drew_Lachey: Drawing back on my 24 years of life, I have a lot of great memories.

Drew_Lachey: And it's pretty much impossible to choose just one...

Drew_Lachey: but I have had a lot of great memories since being in 98 Degrees.

MODMSG NickZa: This question is for Drew: What inspired the song "Dizzy"?

Drew_Lachey: My inspiration for "Dizzy" was one night I was watching "Behind the Music" on the Goo Goo Dolls, and the name of the album was "Dizzy Up the Girls."

Drew_Lachey: And it just struck me how cool of a sensation and emotion dizzy was, and that inspired the song.

nickyapper: I love that Album!!

Drew_Lachey: Well, the song that actually means the most to me personally, is the song called "The Way You Do" which is about all the tiny, little, insignificant things that make you fall in love with someone...

Drew_Lachey: and make you stay in love with them.

Justin_Jeffre: I think it's important to practice as much as you can to become the best that you can be...

Justin_Jeffre: and also to sing for as many people as you can and try to put yourself into situations where you are more likely to get discovered.

Justin_Jeffre: Thank you very much, huny...we're planning to start the tour in January and we're very excited about it.

Justin_Jeffre: This next show is going to be much bigger and much better than anything we've done in the past.

Justin_Jeffre: In our spare time we like to go home, see our friends and family...

Justin_Jeffre: We've been on a lot of TV shows and we're getting ready to go overseas.

MODMSG lacheychic: He,y I love you guys—esepecially you Jeff! What would you say to a girl who plays in a male dominated sport, like hockey? I play with all boys, but sometimes they get a little rough. Would you give any advice?

Jeff_Timmons: Sure. First, I would like to commend you for playing in an all male sport.

Jeff_Timmons: Stand your ground, but just remember that females are not built the same as males, so just be careful not to get hurt!

Jeff_Timmons: Actually, we've always had some sort of choreography in our concerts.

Jeff_Timmons: We've decided to step everything up in this new project, from dancing to writing to singing.

Jeff_Timmons: The one thing I would change would be that I would spend more time with my family.

Jeff_Timmons: We haven't lost our voices too often.

Jeff_Timmons: The times that we have lost them we have been instructed not to speak...

Jeff_Timmons: and to rest our voices.

MODMSG sailor: Hey Jeff , when you were a little boy , did you like school? And what was your least and most favorite subject?

Jeff_Timmons: Oh, man.

Jeff_Timmons: I did fairly well in school up until my senior year when I slacked off a little bit.

Jeff_Timmons: My favorite subjects were math and science.

Jeff_Timmons: My least favorite subject was English.

Jeff_Timmons: because he always bettered himself in the work world and he always gave us everything we needed and more when we were growing up.

Jeff_Timmons: Thanks for the compliment!

Jeff_Timmons: I think that our greatest accomplishment was doing a duet with Stevie Wonder because I feel that that added credibility to us as artists.

MODMSG bsb98d: Hey Jeff! I just liked to say I luv you guys and I think your music has been a big inspiration in my life. My question is: How do you see yourselves in the future (in the music business, family)?

Jeff_Timmons: Well, hopefully 98 Degrees will be doing music, and evolving as artists for a long time to come...
