The mere thought of dropping 215 feet at 80 mph gives us the heebie-jeebies! But that's not the case for dare-devil star Victoria Justice! In a recent Q and A with Daily Press, she dished all about her past tour, which included a theme park performance at Busch Gardens, where she took a time out to partake in one of her fave pastimes...riding coasters! Check out the interview, below.
DP: "[You performed]...at Busch Gardens. Is that the sort of venue that you enjoy?"
Victoria: "Oh, yeah, very much. I love theme parks, and I love performing, so doing a show at a theme park is fantastic for me. I'm definitely a roller coaster person. The bigger, the better. The more twists and turns, the better."
DP:"Are you doing mostly songs from Victorious on stage at this point?"
Victoria: "Predominantly, yes. There is one new song that I just wrote, called "Faster Than Boys." We're doing that as part of the show. And there are a couple of cover songs..."
DP: "So do you see yourself as an actor who sings, or are you a singer who acts?"
Victoria: "I really see myself as both. I've been singing all my life, but I've been acting all my life as well. I guess I started off thinking of myself as an actress, but singing has always been a passion of mine. Being able to do both of them has been a dream come true."
DP: "Do you write much of your own music?"
Victoria: "I've written three songs that were chosen to be on Victorious. One of them was sort of by accident. I wasn't intending for it to be on the show. I wanted it to be on my solo project. But one of the producers heard it and liked it, and he said he wanted to use it on our one-hour special. It wasn't what I had planned, but I took it as a good thing. A compliment."
When you're as talented as Victoria, who's to say you can't do it all? Whether it's belting out sweet vocals on a nationwide tour, roaming the halls of Hollywood Arts or speeding by on thrill rides, you can bet that Victoria will do it all Justice!
