The Simpsons
In its 20th season and still going strong, the now-legendary 'toon "The Simpsons" is nominated again in '09. With countless celebrity appearances and ever-weirder new adventures, Bart, Homer, Marge and the gang manage to stay young and fresh (well, maybe not Marge's sisters, Selma and Patty, but they never were in the first place). Could the 20 year old cartoon be a contender for the blimp? Absolutely! But don't have a cow, man!
The show debuted in 1989.
Fun Fact: According to Bart, he is 2 years and 38 days older than Lisa.
