  Born Destiny Hope Cyrus, Miley hit it big in 2006 with the title role of TV's Hannah Montana, a teen who's a student by day and a pop star by night. The actress/musician has appeared on screens big and small, most recently in Hannah Montana: The Movie. This year she stars in the film, The Last Song. It's been quite a year for Miley, could another blimp be in the works?

  Selena Gomez plays Alex Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place, a teen who comes from a long line of sorcerers and magicians. She occasionally tries to use her powers to advance her social status (it doesn't usually go well). With a slew of fans from Wizards, 2008's Another Cinderella Story and 2009's Princess Protection Program, Selena might not even need a wand to make the blimp all hers.

  Keke Palmer caught the acting bug at age nine when she was cast in her first role in the movie, Barbershop 2: Back in Business, opposite Queen Latifah. Many remember Keke for her breakout film role in Akeelah and the Bee (2006). Now she's 16 and the star of True Jackson, VP where she plays the title character, the vice president of youth apparel at Mad Style, Inc. Keke's got mad opportunity to win the KCA.
