"Is it going to be much longer?" Sokka complained. Zuko pinched the bridge of his nose and ignored him. Sokka glanced at Longshot.

Longshot was looking out over the horizon. "Am I the only one who's bored here?" Sokka asked. "Pretty much." Zuko replied. Longshot nodded in agreement.

"How can you guys not be bored?" Sokka whined. "All this silence is killing me!" He pouted and crossed his arms. "Silence is good for thinking. Maybe you should try it. If you can." Zuko smirked.

Longshot chuckled. "HEY!" Sokka said when he'd finally worked out what Zuko had said. "I can think!" He pouted some more.

At the prison....

Katara sighed. She hated being at the Boiling Rock. The only time that was tolerable was when she was with Suki. That still was depressing though.

The other prisoners bullied Suki and Katara since they weren't from the firenation. And they really couldn't do much about it.

The guards didn't care. They acutally joined in. Katara sighed once again. "Someone save me." She whispered.

At the temple...

"Are you okay?" Sun-Li asked Smellerbee. "Of course I'm okay!" Smellerbee snapped. She was cleaning her dagger. "You don't seem okay," Sun-Li presisted.

"LEAVE ME ALONE KID!" Smellerbee yelled. Sun-Li backed up, her eyes filled with tears. Smellerbee rolled her eyes at all the angry looks she was getting.

"You shouldn't be so mean!" Ty-Lee comforted Sun-Li. "And you shouldn't be so ditzy!" Smellerbee shot back. Ty-Lee herself teared up.

"What's wrong with you?" Toph asked in disgust. "So sorry I hurt Circus Girl's feelings." Smellerbee mumbled sarcasticly. Ty-Lee started sobbing outright.

She flew away on her glider. Aang glared at Smellerbee, then turned to follow Ty-Lee. "What's your problem?" The Duke asked in a heated tone. "Nothing." Smellerbee replied.

"Well quit it. Your being a jerk." The Duke scowled at her. He sat down next to Sun-Li and patted her on the back. Smellerbee made a gagging noise and walked off.

"JERK FACE!" The Duke yelled after her. "What's wrong with Smellerbee? We just tried to talk to us and she chewed us out." Teo asked as he rolled up with Haru close behind.

"I don't know. She's got a major attitude right now." Toph shrugged. "She's a major jerk face right now!" The Duke added.

Somewhere in the air....

"Hey! I see something!" Sokka pointed. "It's the bowling rock." Zuko said grimly. Things didn't go so well after they entered the steam filled crater.

"Something's wrong with the ballon!" Zuko struggled to keep it upright. "Do something! Your the firebender! Heat it up!" Sokka comanded.

"I'm trying!" Zuko replied. He shot more fire into the boiler. "That air outside is just as hot as the air in the ballon!" Zuko said.

"She's going down!" Sokka said. "WE ARE GOING TO BE BOILED!!!! AHHHH!" He began to panic. Longshot tied a rope to the end of an arrow and shot it into the side of a rock.

He gestured for Zuko and Sokka to grab on. They jumped and swung to land just in time. "No! The air ship!" Zuko held his hands to his head. "I thought this might be a one way trip." Sokka said quietly.

"Then why did you want to come?" Zuko and Sokka started arguing. Longshot rolled his eyes and looked around. He tapped Zuko on the shoulder. "What?" Zuko turned to him. Longshot raised an eyebrow.

"Right, we need to keep our goal in sight." Zuko said. Longshot nodded. "What's the plan?" Zuko asked Sokka. "This is what we do," Sokka began.

In The Temple..

"No Longshot. Smellerbee never came to find us." The Duke said. Longshot nodded and went to search for her. He found her a few minutes later up in a tree leaning against the trunk.

"I don't understand why it was such a big deal that I wanted to go with you." She said. Longshot sat down on the limb in front of her.

"What do you mean I embarssed you?!" Smellerbee asked furiously. 'It made me feel like you don't think I can take care of myself.' Longshot replied.

"I know you can take care of yourself. I just want to be there so I can help you. That's what we do. We're a team. We have each other's backs." Smellerbee said.

'I know that. But that doesn't mean we have to be attached at the hip.' Longshot said. Longshot knew at once he said the wrong thing.

"WELL EXCUSE ME FOR CARING ABOUT YOU! GO AND BE CAUGHT BY THE FIRENATION THEN, FOR ALL I CARE!" Smellerbee started climb down the tree.

Longshot grabbed her arm. 'I'm sorry. That came out wrong!' He tried to explain. "Get away!" Smellerbee jerked her arm free from his grasp and continued to descend. Longshot banged his head on the tree trunk.

That Night...

Toph gave Sokka a quick hug and punched Zuko on the arm. Aang clapped both on the shoulder. "Be careful guys." He said. "We will." Zuko promised.

Longshot slunk out of the forest and approached the war balloon. Smellerbee, who was standing a few feet away didn't even acknowledge him. "Aren't you going to say good bye?" The Duke asked her.

"We already talked in the forest." Smellerbee said in a monotone. "Okay. Well bye Longshot!" The Duke waved. Longshot waved back and stepped into the war balloon.

"Bye guys." Teo said. "Yeah, stay safe. Firenation prisons are tough. But you broke me out so I'm sure you can get Katara." Haru said. "Well you'd better get going." Aang said.

The three nodded. Zuko heated up the balloon and it lifted into the air.

Somewhere in the sky.

"My first girlfriend turned into the Moon." Sokka said sadly. "That's rough buddy." Zuko said. "Yeah. What about you?" Sokka turned to Longshot. Longshot shrugged.

"You've never had a girlfriend?" Sokka asked. Longshot shrugged. "Oh I get it! You like Smellerbee!" Sokka said. Longshot shook his head.

"You don't?" Sokka cocked his head. Longshot shrugged. "How do people comunicate with you if you don't talk?" Zuko asked.

Longshot shrugged. "This is impossible!!!!" Sokka said in an aggravated tone. Longshot shrugged. Sokka growled in annoyance.

"Excited Mai?" Azula asked. "Of course Princess Azula." Mai replied. "It's much more fun without Ty-Lee isn't it." Azula said. "She was increasingly annoying." Mai nodded. The girls sat in silence for a while. "Can't this thing go any faster?" Mai complained. Azula glanced out of the window of the airship. "I'll have a word with the pilot." Azula got up and briskly walked into the pilots area. Mai saw the room light up with blue fire and the ship jolted forward suddenly. "I took care of it." Azula sat back down on her throne. Mai pretended not to notice Azula's eye twitching.
...............................The Camp...................................
"What's the Boiling Rock?" Sun-Li asked Zuko. "It's the highest security prison in the firenation. Why?" Zuko asked the girl as she climbed into his lap. "Because, that's where Katara is. And someone else." Sun-Li said. "The Boiling Rock is bad news." Ty-Lee agreed. "Some of the people in the circus had been in there." Ty-Lee said. "They made it out?" Zuko asked in surprise. "Yeah. Barely. Said the warden makes it worse for you if you don't have a life sentence." Ty-Lee shivered. "Would war prisoners be at the Boiling Rock?" Sokka asked. "Yeah." Zuko nodded. "How do you know she's there Sun-Li?" The Duke asked. " 'Cause I know." Sun-Li said. "I don't think-" Zuko started. "No. She's right." Aang said. "How do you know?" Sokka asked. "Avatar thing." Aang replied. "Then how does Sun-Li know?" Ty-Lee asked. Aang sized Sun-Li up. "She's spiritly connected." Aang decided. The whole group looked at Sun-Li. She grinned knowingly. She climbed out of Zuko's lap. "Let's go play!" She grabbed The Duke's hand and pulled him away. "Hey! I want to stay- Ahhh!" The Duke disappeared into the Air Temple with Sun-Li. "She's a strange little kid isn't she?" Toph said. "Yup. I always wondered why she always knew what I was thinking. She was reading my mind I guess." Haru said thoughtfully. "How to we break in?" Sokka said ignoring Haru. "We don't. It's in the middle of a volcano. No one gets in and no one gets out." Zuko said. Ty-Lee nodded. "It's not called the Boiling Rock for nothing." She added. "There must be a way." Aang said. "Maybe......No....It'd be to risky........" Zuko said. "What?" Sokka asked. "My war balloon.........." Zuko trailed off. "That's brilliant!" Sokka replied. "We could.....Yeah and then....Yeah!" Sokka thought about it. "It'd be hard. But we could do it. If we...." Zuko said. "Yeah, then we'd only need to....." Sokka and Zuko started nodding at each other. "Does anyone understand that plan? Or is it just them?" Aang asked stumped. Longshot raised his hand. "You get it?" Aang asked in surprise. Longshot nodded. "Have any ideas?" Sokka asked. Longshot made some vauge motions with his hands. "THAT'S PERFECT!!!!!" Sokka jumped up and down in excitement. "How good is your archery then?" Zuko asked. Smellerbee snorted. "You're not acutally asking that?" She snickered. "Well is it really that good?" Zuko challenged. Longshot shot an arrow into the sky. "Is that it?" Zuko looked unimpressed. "Wait for it." Smellerbee said. A second later an arrow landed in between two of Zuko's fingers that he'd been resting on the ground. A cherry was on the tip of the arrow. The group stared at the arrow and then at Longshot. Longshot smirked. Smellerbee chuckled. "That wasn't so great." Haru shrugged. Longshot narrowed his eyes at Haru. Smellerbee started to say something but Longshot put up a hand to stop her. "I accept your challenge of a staring contest." Haru said. Both of them stood up and bowed at each other. "Um guys.......We kinda have bigger problems right now......" Aang said gently. "So resume your little girly game later." Toph said. "STARING COMPETIONS AREN'T GIRLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Haru yelled. "You don't see me doing them." Toph smirked. "Well thats because-" Haru froze. He had no idea what he should say. "Because why?" Toph asked. She was enjoying watching him sweat. "Well, uh, you know, uh, 'cause....That?" Haru felt like mentioning her blindness was rude but he also couldn't not say anything. He was in a tight spot. "WE NEED TO GET BACK TO THE BIGGER PROBLEMS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Zuko said. "It's decided already. Zuko and I will go in his war balloon." Sokka said. "You can't go alone!" Ty-Lee said. "Then I guess Longshot comes too." Sokka said. Longshot nodded. "If Longshot goes I go too." Smellerbee said. "Three is the most that the balloon can hold. And that's pushing it." Sokka said. Smellerbee deicided to say nothing once Longshot gave her a hard look. "I'm going to find The Duke." Smellerbee turned and walked away. "We leave tonight." Zuko said. The group broke up and started doing their normal activites.

Zuko was pacing back and forth in front of Ty-Lee ranting about how he was a better swimmer than Azula. "That had more effect than I thought it would." Teo mumbled to Haru. "Quite impressive acutally." Haru replied. Toph smirked. "At least I know how to get revenge now." She said. "Are you as scared of her evilness as I am right now?" Teo asked Haru. "Terrified. I've never seen such a devious look." Haru and Teo inched away from Toph. She grinned at them and they laughed. "SO THAT'S WHY I'M BETTER!" Zuko ended his rant. "So interesting." Ty-Lee said not looking up. "WHAT? ARE YOU FILING YOUR NAILS?!" Zuko screamed. "Yeah." Ty-Lee replied. Zuko started spluttering. "Well I've got some more important things to do, like brush my hair so I'm just going to ask you to cool it." She said. Zuko's mouth dropped open. Sun-Li giggled. "He looks like a big mouthed bass-trout." She said. The Duke grinned and started laughing. Zuko growled and threw himself down on a log.

"LET ME GO!!" Katara shouted. "I don't think so." Her captor smirked. "Fine. Someone will hear this and come get me." Katara let out an ear pierceing scream. Her captor's smile quickly melted away as he hurried to cover her mouth. "That should keep you quiet. I wonder if anyone heard?" The captor looked around after he had finished tying a rag over her mouth. "Let's get out of here." The captor hefted Katara over his shoulder and started walking.
Please please let someone have heard. Katara prayed silently.
..................................Prison..............................
"Ow!" Katara said indignatly as someone threw her into a prison cell. The guy who had captured her had been a bounty hunter and turned her in to collect an award. Now she was in some high security prison called the Boiling Rock. "Ugh." She looked down at the rags they made her wear. "So not flattering." She sighed. A few hours later she was let into a large courtyard. A few of the prisoners eye'd her. They seemed to figure out she was water tribe and scowled at her. "Even when they're imprisoned they still are on the firenation's side?" She whispered to herself. "Katara?" Someone called. "Hmm?" Katara turned around. "Suki!" Katara said. The two girls ran to one another. "What are you doing here?" Katara asked after she gave Suki a hug. "I could ask the same thing." Suki chuckled. "The Kyoshi Warriors were captured. They figured out I was the leader and they brought me here." Suki shrugged. "What happened so you? Or are you here to bust me out?" Suki's voice dropped to a whisper. "I wish I was. Wouldn't be the first time I snuck into a firenation prison. But no, a bounty hunter got me." Katara sighed. Suki's shoulders dropped a little lower. "Oh........ Well, I know this sounds weird, but I'm glad your here!" Suki said. "I get what you mean. It's nice to have a friend in a place like this." Katara looked around in disgust. "Yeah." Suki said. Their happiness started to deflate. "Never thought I'd be in prison." Katara sighed. "Me either." Suki replied.

"A waterbender you say?" Azula smiled. "Yes, I'll think I'll pay the Boiling Rock a visit." She nodded. She looked over at the girl sitting a few feet away. "Feel like seeing your uncle Mai?" Azula asked.
