After that the eight year old Yuay was with her mother and they both were upset. But Yuay was the most upset she had tears coming out of her eyes. Then, Peng's father had came to visit town when he saw a little tiger and taught her kung fu. Then when Yuay was nine, she had found out something amazing, she can earth bend! it was so awesome then she was caught by the constable and said to learn how to control that outside of the village. then there came Oogway with Yuay's father telling her something she never knew. The masters said that she has a brother, Peng. She was surprised and knew how because it was the spirits of Yin and Yang. The spirit of Yin was in Peng and the spirit of Yang was in Yuay. Now she is wondering how and when she will see him now.
Yuay continued:
A few years later, Yuay's father was still weak, but Yuay had finally gotten her claws and sharp teeth in. Yuay was starting to get interested in kung fu that she wanted her father to teach her. But one day, when she asked her father at the peach tree, her father said, "I'm sorry but I can't." then Yuay asked why and her father said, "Because i'm too old for it. Promise me Yuay, promise me you will find your path and remember it for to tell you, you will have amazing potential and believe in me." then the old master had gave her father the shoulder bracelet to her to remember him. The young tiger didn't know what was happening till her father went to the edge and the petals were coming to him knowing that her father was going away forever and said, " you must believe..." then he was gone.

So she went to the festival and said to the bandit that no one messes with her family and was mocked by the bandit. so she then beat that guy up and made her father finally smile.

Once she had turned twelve she had then figured out that she was adopted and is wondering who she was related to. She just found out she is Tai Lung's niece and she kind of gave the dragon warrior a beat down for attacking her uncle she is also looking for her long lost brother.

Right away she was adopted by a female tiger who became Samantha's adopted mother. She had then became a potter because her mother didn't have much money left. Now she had figured out that she had been adopted and is now looking for at least her older brother Peng to know more about where she had came from.
