Part 1:
I look out the frosty window to see an army of trees standing as if they were standing guard of something.Bored, I look more closely and see colors scattered all around their bark.All of them have a different story even though they look the same.
Suddenly, the strange woman that is driving through the depressing weather takes me out of my trance."I am not sure what your power is or who you are, but Professor Xavier said that you have a very secretive personality. He also said you prefer driving instead of flying.My name is Ororo, by the way.You will probably be calling me Professor Storm, though, when you start taking my classes.What is your name."
Her white hair glistens in the shadowy air and my strange eyes meet her soft face for the first time since I got into this car.I could instantly see loss and hurt curve in bright colors across her face.To make the sadness stop, I closed my right (and black eye) so I would only see black and white, "My name is Dorrie."
Part 142:
"Ow!" I say shocked as I try to rub my raw cheek. Maggie then hugs me with all of her strength. I swear if it weren?t for my power to see her soft emotions, I would have thought that she was suffocating me.
After a few minutes of not breathing, Maggie finally lets go and sits back down like nothing happened. I now could see Hunter and Lucas's surprised and scared expressions at our scene.
"So, you guys just met each other today? Not knowing each other before this?" Hunter says gently and awkwardly.
Maggie and I look at each other and smile a little. "No" We both say calmly. "Why? You guys don't make friends like this?" I say chuckling.
"Naw, they just beat each other up and burp in each other's faces when they make friends." Maggie chirps in while we are breaking down laughing. Even the guys laughed. Wow, this was an interesting way to make friends.

Part 139:
We all fall silent for a few minutes to see if Lucas is going to say anything more, but he doesn't. Maggie then turns to me with a sneaky smile. "Shall you go next?"
Suddenly, a shiver of pure fear goes straight through my body. It felt horrible, like walking into graveyard at midnight on a winter night. My mind and mouth seem to not be working and have a numb feeling.
Just as it seems years have passed, Maggie bursts out laughing. "Oh, that is hilarious. You're fear is so easy to manipulate its like taking a 1st grade level test! I mean, why would someone be so strongly afraid of a silly thing like that?"
My heart registers what she is saying faster than my mind, so I act irrationally. "YOU JERK! Why don't you tell me why your afraid of letting anyone know your nice side? Or afraid that you might actually feel feelings for someone? Maybe that is why you don't want to let Curt know you like him." Oh and here is the big mistake. "Did you even love your parents before they were lost to you?!?

Daughter of Thor doesn't know it yet. Raised by her mother. Got into a fight with her ex-best friend Lily. She ran outside angrily and out the clear blue skies lightning struck all around her. Scared she ran back to her house and told her mom. Right away they got into a car and drove off to an unknown place. She ended up at the school with no explanation thinking her mom abandoned her. Prefers being called Thalia. Hope you like her!
Part 141:
"I'm sorry for showing this to you, but your not mad because of me. You've been hurt by someone who has hurt many people before. You are not alone. There are many people here that have been tortured or harmed by Magneto. I may not be one of them, but Curt is."
Her eyes quickly shift from anger to curiosity. Curt is in my math class and I accidentally read his past a couple days ago. His story wasn't significant until now. Apparently Maggie's dearest friend has secrets as well, and she didn't know them.
"I don't really think you want me to tell you how I found out. All you want to know is why I would say them. You are afraid of your past and so am I. It just happens that my past involves my power. Do you understand why I would be scared? Your hatred is trying to cover your sadness and I am sorry for revealing it."
She stares at me with round eyes that are threatening to leak and increasingly red cheeks. I hate to use my power to do this to people, but what else was I supposed to do? As a very small tear escapes her grasp.
Part 140:
Her face went from amusement to hatful so quickly that I'm still afraid to explain it. "HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT?"
My mind finally catches up with my emotions, but my voice is still lagging. All I can feel is my skin turn pale white like a scared ghost. "I-I, uh, heard a ru-rumour."
She picks me up by the scruff of my shirt so that we are eye-to-eye. "I didn't tell anyone about those things, you better tell me how you found that stuff up."
My throat turns unimaginably dry and all I can do is think. All of her emotional symbols are red hot, except for one across her ring finger. It is purple and orange which shows a mixture of love and embarrassment. Maybe I can use this to my advantage.
Part 138:
Maggie looks at us with a blank expression, but then shortly recovers. "So, which one of you chickens is going next."
I know she doesn't know it, but she just caused the most fear in me that she can. At least I have good poker face. Lucas wasn't excited about sharing either, but he seemed to be braver than I.
"Well, there really isn't an easy to explain what my power is. Truthfully I don't even really understand it." He looks shyly at his hands.
Hunter pats his back to comfort him. "Its okay, dude. Just try the best you can." But he doesn't respond. Strangely, I can't seem to stop staring at him. "Its okay, dude. Just try the best you can."
A sense of disbelief and confusion fills my mind and I know that I am not the only one who is feeling this way. Finally, Lucas looks up from his hands and stares straight into my eyes, or sunglasses. "Have you guys ever heard of deja vu?"
We all numbly shake our heads reluctantly. Somehow that is all we needed to know what his power is. Time warping.
Part 137:
Then Maggie sighs and tells us her background. "I can control fear, darkness, and gravity. I normally can't tell what exactly scares someone, but I can use that feeling to manipulate to have it come across as real fear. Although, sometimes, if the reaction is strong enough, I can see what the fear is."
A sudden wave of spine tingling anguish hits all of us. It was obviously intentional. I could tell this was not close to the full extent of her strength. Like I said earlier, not the girl you want to get in a fight with.
"I can also darken people's perception of light. The actual light is not the thing that is being dimmed, but instead the persons vision." Just on cue, my eyes start to see less and less as it is taken into darkness.
"The gravity thing is sort of complicated. I sometimes start to levitate when I am zoning out. Once I fell and ended up sinking into the bottom floor of the building. Oh, and I can also manipulate gravity for other objects."
She holds out a pale white hand out of her long sweatshirt. A reasonable large pebble suddenly floats into the air above it. It is very wobbly, but very impressive. Just as all of us are entranced in her power, she jerks her hand to the side and the pebble crashes into hard tree. She is very powerful indeed. She is far past anyone of us in our power development, but this does not make her the most stable.
Part 136:
"So." Hunter says trying to bring on a conversation. "What are your powers?"
I shuffle uncomfortably. I am not about to go for five in a day. Hunter realizes the discomfort of the question and answers first. "I can duplicate.
"I mostly just make copies of myself, but other times I can make different personalities and ages of myself. It sometimes goes out of my control and I can't take back my copies. Sometimes I can turn invisible, but I don't even know how I do it half the times." He looks around after spewing all of that out and then adds casually. "Oh! I am also immortal."
For a few seconds, everyone just stares at him.
Ugh! Sorry for not posting in a while!!

Okay, just a note about me: I can be sort of evil sometimes and definately have that dark factor going for me. In my past, I've actually destroyed people before. (Well, Wolverine has too!) I don't quite trust Magneto or anyone really, except Sabretooth, of course. If I need to get a job done and someone gets in my way, that's too bad because I will get rid of anyone. Sabretooth I feel like I know from somewhere, though. Wolverine too. I think Magneto's coming dow the hallway- gotta go!

EXTRA:I fought Wolverine and won in THREE SECONDS FLAT!If I let my battle instinct take over, I can beat anyone.Also, Magneto can't control the adamantium in me, it really frustrates him though he tries not to show it.
