I'm reposting it! And I've added something to the chapters as well! Enjoy!
I sighed as I entered Hollywood Arts Middle School. Today was the first day of school and I was itching for the last day so I could leave this wretched place. Unfortunately, this was the first of 180 days of the eighth grade. "Hey, Amber!" I whipped around to see my best friend, Nicole Oliver, standing behind me. "Hi, Nicole," I said.
Nicole smiled and looked around. "Ah, today is the first day of eighth grade," she said. "Where's your homeroom?"
I checked my schedule. "Oh, Mrs. Stone for acting." I said.
"Lucky," Nicole said. She leaned toward me. "Guess who else is in Mrs. Stone's class. Someone who is very cute."
"You?" I joked. Nicole was actually really cute. She had lovely green eyes and blonde hair.
"No!" Nicole frowned at me, then smiled. "Your brother, Tommy!"
Oh. I should've known. My twin brother, Tommy, was in my homeroom with me. Of course, he always confided in me about the girls that he liked. So I pointed out, "You know he likes another girl."
Nicole stopped smiling. "She's a year behind us!"
"And your sister," I added. That was one thing that really got to Nicole. Tommy had a crush on a now seventh-grader named Sierra Oliver, who was Nicole's younger sister.
"Speaking of my little sister, Sierra, here she comes," Nicole said, not happy.
I turned to see Sierra walking toward us carrying her schoolbag. "Hi, Sierra." I said.
"Hmph," Nicole walked away.
Sierra looked sad after watching her sister snub her. "Why does she hate me so much?" she asked me. "She never tells me."
I wasn't sure what to say. I could tell her that Tommy liked her, but Sierra was the type of girl who would ignore any boy that liked her unless she liked them back. I wasn't going to risk it. "I'm not sure. Teenagers!" I forced out a laugh.
Sierra looked at me weirdly before seeing her best friends, my sister Teresa. and her cousin, Alexa. "Okay, see ya."
I looked after her before heading to homeroom.

I wish Nicole didn't hate Sierra. What happened to sisterly love?
Anthony H.'s POV
I sat in the chair in Room 2D, nervously, at the hospital. Practically, every Oliver, Shapiro, Harris, and Vega kid was in here. All because Nicole food poisoned Sierra. Here's how I know. Sierra's cousin and best friend, Alexa Vega, had quickly told everyone how Sierra got that allergic reaction with the help of her other best friend, Teresa Shapiro, my sister Cris, and Alexa's older sister MacKenzie. It was awful. Sierra was poisoned by her own sister. The only people who didn't know were the parents and Sierra. They planned to save them for last.
Now, I saw Teresa whispering together with Alexa, Cris, and MacKenzie. I guessed they were discussing about Nicole. But I was wrong. The girls approached me and asked to talk outside of the room. I said yes. We went into the hall.
"Okay," Alexa said. "Anthony Harris, we want to ask you something."
I looked at all of them. "What?"
Teresa took a deep breath and said, "Will you back up Sierra in the talent show next week?"
Wait, what? "Wait, what?" I said, confused.
"You know about Tommy Shapiro and Sierra," Cris said. "Don't you?"
"Everybody does," I said. "What does this have to do with this?"
MacKenzie took over. "We're going to set up Sierra and Tommy for dating by having Sierra to sing 'Best Friend's Brother'."
"In the talent show," Teresa finished. "I'm going to back her up and we want you or Felix to back her up as well."
No way I was going to do this. "Uh, sorry, no," I said. I turned to walk away.
"I'll set you up with Kalel if you do it," Teresa bargained.
That got my attention. I'd been crushing on Teresa's sister Kalel for a long time. It's been my dream to date her. I turned back. "What if she says no?" I asked, skeptically.
"She won't," Teresa said. "Believe me, she won't."
"You pulling my leg?" I asked, suspiciously.
"Not at all," she said. "Anyway, she'll get to see you as a star!"
"Will I get to play guitar?" I asked. Kalel would be impressed to see me rock on guitar.
"You can," Teresa said. "And the rest of us can provide other instruments and play them, right?"
Alexa nodded. "I got the bass."
"Me, drums," Cris said.
"And I got the keyboard," MacKenzie said.
Teresa smiled. "I can't wait for the talent show."

Newest Update: I'm going to get set up with Kalel! Fingers crossed that she'll say yes!
I groaned and covered my ears. Once again, my mom was practicing her horrible singing in the living room. She sounded like a banshee! I should've gone to the hospital to visit Cousin Sierra, I thought frantically. Even if it meant seeing Marley. All my life, I've always hated my cousin, Marley, because she had a crush on my crush, Robert. And they're best friends! It made me sick.
Ugh, but being with her was better than listening to my mom scream out lyrics. So I got out of the house in a jiffy.
*At the hospital*
The receptionist saw me and sighed, "Let me guess. You're here to see Sierra Olivia Oliver."
"How'd you know?" I asked.
She sighed again. "Kids keep coming here, saying that they're here to see Sierra. She's in 2D."
"Thanks," I said, heading toward the elevator.
I was shocked to see how crowded it was in there. My sister, Alexa, saw me and ran to me with worried eyes.
"What happened?" I asked. I knew that Sierra had an allergic reaction, but she seemed to be fine, now.
"Do you know how this happened?" Alexa asked.
"There was peanut sauce in the chicken," I said.
Alexa shook her head. "Not just that. Someone put the sauce in Sierra's chicken." she said. "And that someone is-" She jerked her head toward our cousin, Nicole. "her."
"Nicole food poisoned Sierra?" I said, shocked. I'd never liked Nicole before, but this was out of hand and murderous!
"Yeah," Alexa said. "All because of Tommy Shapiro."
I groaned. "Nicole is obsessed with him." I said.
"Yeah," Alexa said. "And Tommy likes Sierra so Nicole's jealous."
"They should date," I said.
"Who?" Alexa said. "Please not Nicole and Tommy."
"No," I said, shaking my head. No way did I want Nicole Oliver and Tommy Shapiro dating. "Sierra and Tommy."
Alexa nodded. "Let's hook them up."
"There's the talent show next week for the seventh and eighth graders," I said. "Let's convince Sierra to sing Best Friend's Brother."
"And Teresa can back her up," Alexa said. "Just like Aunt Tori and Mrs. Shapiro did when they were younger."
"And let's get a Harris boy to back her up too," I said. "Mr. Harris took part of it too."
"Recreation time!" Alexa and I high-fived.

Alexa and I are going to recreate a HA High event! So pumped!
By fifth period, everyone had heard the news about Sierra Oliver and her allergic reaction. All of Sierra's siblings, including my friends Ezzmee and Matthew Oliver, had been called to the office so they could leave school early for the hospital. I was really worried. I knew how dangerous allergic reactions can be. They could kill you! I hoped that Sierra was going to be okay.
I couldn't wait for the school day to be over so I could go to the hospital so as soon as the final bell rang, I ran out the front door and called my mom to ask to go to the hospital. She answered, "Hello? Cris?"
"Mom, can I go to the hospital to visit Sierra Oliver?" I asked.
"Why is she there?" Mom asked.
"She had an allergy reaction during lunch," I said.
"Do you have money?" Mom asked. "I can't leave the house because there are bills I need to pay."
"Yes, I have money," I said.
"Call a taxi," Mom instructed and hung up.
"Taxi!" I called, spotting a taxi in front of the school.
"Where to?" the driver asked.
"Los Angeles Hospital and step on it!" I answered.
*At the hospital*
"Thanks!" I said, paying the driver.
"No problem," the driver said. He waved and drove off.
I ran inside and went straight to the receptionist's desk. She frowned at me and said, "Yes?"
"I'm here to visit Sierra Oliver," I said. "Can she have visitors?"
The receptionist checked her computer. "Yes, Miss Oliver can have visitors. She's in 2D."
"Thanks!" I said, heading toward the elevator. I pressed the up arrow to go to the second floor. The elevator came and I went inside and pressed 2. The elevator went up and opened the doors. I stepped out and looked around and found 2D. The door was open and I saw Sierra in a bed, unconscious, and her parents and siblings were scattered about in the room. I saw Teresa Shapiro and Alexa Vega in there, too. Teresa saw me and ran to me. "Oh, Cris! You're here!" she said.
"Is Sierra okay?" I asked anxiously.
"She'll be fine," Teresa said in a relieved tone. Then her expression changed. "But Anthony and Sawyer are suspecting something suspicious."
"What happened?" I asked.
"They know that the Grub Truck never served fried chicken with peanut sauce in it," Teresa said. "Everyone hates it."
"Blech," I said.
Teresa nodded. "Exactly." she said. "So they're thinking that someone had inserted peanut sauce into the chicken while she and I were performing LA Boyz."
Alexa came up to us. "Didn't we see Nicole at our table?" she said.
Teresa's eyes widened. "You don't think-"
I realized what had happened and interrupted. "Nicole deliberately food poisoned Sierra."
"But she's her sister!" Teresa protested.
"Everyone knows Nicole hates Sierra," Alexa said. "Because of Tommy."
Teresa looked confused. "What? What does my brother have to do with this?"
I knew it. "Tommy likes Sierra." I told her. "You don't know that?"
Teresa looked surprised. "He never told me." she said. "And we're as close as twins, practically."
"Wow," I said.
"So what do we do?" Alexa said. "Nicole almost killed Sierra."
"Confront Nicole," I said. "Then we tell her parents."
"Agreed," Teresa and Alexa said synchronously.

Nicole food poisoned Sierra?! That girl is seriously dangerous!
Yeah, it was. I let it get deleted because my chapters wouldn't post for some reason.
Yeah. I still kind of find it weird that Rosanelly and Amore are best friends, despite being three years apart.
Okay, so I bet you're wondering what happened after I got called to the office. Well, you get to know now!
I nervously made my way to Principal Helen's office to find my brother, Anthony, already there. "What's going on?" I asked the principal.
"Apparently, your little sister, Sierra, had a severe allergy reaction," Helen said. "And now she's at the hospital. The rest of your siblings were excused to leave school early to visit the hospital. I'm letting you two go to the hospital."
I was shocked. Sierra was in the hospital? Allergic reaction? "But Sierra's not allergic to anything, except peanuts." I protested. "And she never eats anything with peanuts or peanut sauce."
"Well, peanut sauce was found in her fried chicken," Helen said.
Anthony looked confused. "The Grub Truck at Hollywood Arts Middle School never sold fried chicken with peanut sauce. Everyone hates it."
"Well," Helen said. "I don't know. Now, here." She handed us two notes. "Your excuse notes for leaving the campus. Go."
Anthony and I exited the front door of the school. "There's something fishy about the peanut sauce in the chicken." I said.
Anthony nodded. "Who puts peanut sauce in chicken?" he said. "I remember when we went to HA Middle, they never served that."
I agreed. "Hey, taxi!" I shouted, running to a taxi at the crosswalk. Anthony followed me.
"Where to?" the driver asked.
"Los Angeles Hospital," I answered.
"And step on it!" Anthony added as we jumped into the backseat.
*At the hospital*
"Thanks!" I tipped the driver. He waved and drove off.
Anthony and I went inside. The receptionist frowned at us and said, "Yes?"
"We're here to see Sierra Olivia Oliver," Anthony told her.
"We're her brothers," I added.
The receptionist checked her computer. "Ah, I see. Sierra is in 2D." she reported.
"Can she have visitors?" I asked.
"Only family," the receptionist said.
"Thanks!" I said and Anthony and I quickly walked to the elevator to get to the second floor.
I was sitting in fifth period when the principal called on the the intercom. "Sawyer and Anthony Oliver, please come to the office." Huh, I thought. I wonder what happened. Probably something happened in the Oliver family.
I spent the rest of the period thinking about what might've happened. The bell rang, startling me from my thoughts. I got up from my seat and exited the classroom. Luckily, today was the day of a soccer meeting during sixth period so I didn't have to worry about the big test. Whew!
I went outside to the soccer field where I found Coach and a few other teammates sitting on the ground. "Lulu! You're here!" Coach said. He never revealed his name so we always called him Coach.
"Yeah, I'm here," I said. Some of the boys quickly scooted back and turned red. Yeah, I'm pretty and a tomboy so the boys are always scared of me and love me. It's weird. In fact, when I tried out for the team, the guys underestimated me as a "cute loser" so they called me, "Loserberry." But I'm not a loser! I'm the opposite!
"Great!" Coach said. "Now, where's Anthony Oliver?"
"He got called to the office," one of the boys said. "Something about his cute sister, Sierra."
"Yeah, like an allergic reaction," another boy said. "Too bad. I wouldn't care if it was her weird sister, Nicole.
"Yeah, she's obsessed," the first boy said. "Sierra's too cute and kind to be attacked by allergies."
I rolled my eyes. "You do know that she's several years younger than you?" I asked, annoyed.
"So?" the second boy said. "Lots of men and women get married when their age difference is big, like five.
"But she likes some 'cute' boy," another guy said, putting up air quotes. "Tommy Shapiro."
That was enough for me. "That's my younger brother you're talking about!" I said, loudly.
All three guys cowered.
"Okay," Coach said. "Let's settle down and start the meeting about our next game."

I hate it when guys make fun of Tommy! P.S. I hope Tommy can knock you down!
Lunchtime! I eagerly opened the container of a hamburger I bought from the Grub Truck (yeah, there's one here at HA Middle, too). My best friend Sierra Oliver skipped toward my table and sat down. "Howdy!" she said.
I looked up at her, startled. Since when has Sierra used cowboy words? "Hi." I said.
Sierra looked up at the balcony on the school roof where a band was setting up instruments. "Did you know that band can play any song ever made?" she asked.
"Yeah," I said, gnawing on my burger. "We should perform LA Boyz to honor the males here at Hollywood Arts Middle."
"I signed us up!" Sierra said, happy.
"Always ahead," a voice said. We turned around to find Sierra's cousin, Alexa Vega standing there. "By the way, you're next. Go!"
Sierra and I looked at each other before running inside to get to the roof. It took us ten minutes to get there. The bass player said, "Ready?" We both nodded.
Sierra grabbed a mic and yelled, "All right, schoolmates! Let's rock it with LA Boyz!"
All the guys yelled and whistled and all the girls clapped. The drummer played a few beats and Sierra began singing.
Sierra: Driving up sunset on a Saturday night. It's getting kind of crazy under the lights. But we don't care, we're passing the time. Watching the LA Boyz roll by.
*Everyone was clapping to the beat*
Me: In the Drop Tops, Harleys, Escalades, too. A hundred different flavors to vary your view. There's one for me and there's one for you.. Watching those LA Boyz roll by.
As we sang the chorus, everyone cheered and we did a little dance to the song. Harmonizing felt great! Especially when we sang those high notes. We entered the second verse where I had a solo. Then harmonizing again! Then we entered the bridge which we harmonized then chanted, "Got boy, show me what you got got boy, what you got boy, show me what you got!" Then the chorus again! It felt great when Sierra suddenly went up and sang the high E and F#. Then normal again until we came to the ending lines. Then the end! Everyone applauded and cheered as we exited and ran downstairs into the crowd and overloaded us with compliments and remarks like "Awesome!" and "Beautiful!"
Alexa squeezed into the crowd and hugged us both. "Awesome, you two!" she cried. "Great performance!" She pulled us out of the crowd to our table where our food was waiting for us. And, uh-oh, Sierra's older sister, Nicole. I didn't like Nicole at all. She was way too obsessed with guys and who knows what she will do out of jealousy.
"Nicole, what are you doing here?" Alexa said, annoyed. Alexa didn't like Nicole, either. Sierra didn't dislike her sister, but she didn't like that Nicole ignored her all the time.
Nicole was startled to see us and quickly stood up. "Oh, this table is occupied?" she asked.
"Duh," I said. "There's food."
"Right," Nicole said, quickly and hurried away.
Sierra looked after her sister. "Weird." she remarked, taking a bite of her fried chicken. She froze and collapsed onto the ground, coughing and choking.
Alexa leapt to her feet and shrieked, "Sierra!" She quickly took a bite of Sierra's chicken and spat it out. "There's peanut sauce in it! Sierra's allergic! And her medicine is at home!"
A crowd formed around the table and someone shouted, "Get her to a hospital!"
I grabbed my PearPhone and called 911. A woman answered and said, "Yes?"
"I need an ambulance, quick! My friend just had an allergy reaction and she doesn't have her medicine with her!"
The woman said, "Ambulance is coming quickly. It should be there in a couple of minutes."
Two tense minutes passed by with Alexa frantically using CPR to help when the ambulance arrived. Two paramedics rolled out a stretcher and Alexa and I got Sierra on it. "Can we ride with her?" Alexa asked.
"Only two people," a paramedic answered. "You two come."
And with that, we were headed toward the hospital.

One of my best friends is in the hospital! I hope she's okay!
Winter's POV One more period to go before lunch, I told myself as I entered my fourth period class. I looked around and saw the number one person I wanted to see in here: Kyle West. Harris actually, but he lived with his mom, Jade West, and she kept her children's last names to West instead of Harris.
All the other kids who saw me come in cheered. I was a bit famous because I did TV shows and commercials occasionally. They're hits to every household in the country.
Kyle stepped in front of me. "Who's a famous girl?" he said, grinning. It was a joke he said every day, but I never got tired of it.
"Me!" I said, laughing.
"That's right," he said. "Rosie Shapiro."
"Not Winter," I added. For some reason, my mom decided to name me Winter, of all of the season names. Who names a girl Winter, I should ask? I only have one icy blue eye and the other eye is brown because of Heterochromia iridum. Which is why I was nicknamed Rosie for my middle name, Rosalie.
"Sit down, please, everyone!" the teacher called. "I'm going to take role."
"But we only take role during homeroom!" I pointed out.
The teacher looked confused as she frantically flipped through her papers to find this class. "But I took role for the last three periods." she said.
Kyle and I looked at each other. The teacher looked about 23 so she must be new to this job. "You're supposed to only do it during homeroom." Kyle said.
"Oh," the teacher said. She looked embarrassed. "Sorry."
An uncomfortable silence fell over the classroom. Finally, the teacher said, "Well, let's start the introductions, shall we? I'm Miss Ellison, and this is my first year of teaching." She pointed to me. "You start."
I nervously stood up. "Um, Rosie Shapiro." I said.
Miss Ellison looked at the names of the class members on the list. "There's no Rosie in the class." she looked at me, suspiciously.
"Oh, uh, Winter Shapiro," I said, turning pink. Someone in the class giggled. But what really annoyed me was that Miss Ellison was trying hard not to laugh. Luckily, Kyle came to the rescue. "Miss Ellison," he said. "My name is Kyle West Harris."
Miss Ellison briefly nodded before looking at me with laughing eyes. "Dumb teacher," I muttered.. Kyle heard me and squeezed my arm reassuringly.
I couldn't wait for the bell to ring for lunch and get out of Miss Ellison's classroom. It was horrible enough already. I slouched in my seat and watched the clock tick and tick and tick. The bell finally rang and I raced out of the classroom.

I hate my name! Even the teachers think it's funny!
Anthony O.'s POV
"Can I sit here?" Amore Harris asked me, indicating the seat beside me. She looked at me with a hopeful look on her face.
"Sure," I said, blushing a little. No one knew this, but I had a crush on Amore. I even came up with a pairing name for us: Anthomore. I love coming up with pairing names. For example, I gave my parents the pairing name of Bori. And Amore's parents are Jandre (too bad they're divorced).
Amore sat down. I thought she looked really cute; her gorgeous black hair framed her tan face and I liked her in black and white. Whoa, no more describing Amore before I get carried away.
Sikowitz tapped the whiteboard to get everyone's attention. "Okay," he said. "Let's start with an improv exercise. Who would like to start?"
I raised my hand. "I will." I declared.
Sikowitz smiled a wrinkled smile. "Choose your partners." he instructed.
I looked around and said, "Amore, Virginia, and Sawyer." I said, picking my younger brother and his girlfriend and my crush (Sikowitz teaches sophomores and freshmen).
Amore, Virginia, and Sawyer stood up and walked onto the stage.
"Event?" Sikowitz asked.
Someone said, "Double-dating!"
"Double-dating!" Sikowitz wrote it on the board. "Places everyone!"
Amore and I sat on the stage next to each other and Virginia and Sawyer (Virginyer!) sat together across from us.
"Begin!" Sikowitz said.
"This food is really good," Virginia said.
"What's for dessert?" I asked.
Amore pretended to check an invisible menu and smiled. "Lips and fresh whipped cream."
"Ooooh," the classmates said.
"What whipped cream?" I asked.
"I gotta wazz," Sawyer said, standing up.
"Ditto," Virginia said, also standing up. They both exited the stage.
"There is no whipped cream," Amore said, looking into my eyes.
"Ohhh," I said, dazed. We leaned closer and closer until our lips met. The rest of the class cheered and whistled.
"And cut!" Sikowitz said, interrupting the moment. Shocked at what we had done, I pulled back abruptly. Amore must've been shocked too because she gasped and scooted back into the wall.
"Great scene!" Sikowitz said, patting our backs. "Just for that, you get to leave class early! And that can be now!" He handed us a note. "In case, the staff sees you."
Amore and I ran into the hall where we went to my locker to talk. "Was that what I think it was?" Amore asked.
"I guess," I said. I couldn't hold it in anymore. "Will you go out with me?!" I burst out.
Amore leapt into my arms and squealed, "Yes! Yes! Yes!" We looked into each other's eyes before kissing again.

I got a new girlfriend! Whoo-hoo!
It's second period already! Time sure flies fast. It was the first day of school and I was enjoying it, especially since my crush and friend Anthony Harris has the same classes as me except fourth period. "Yoo-hoo! Kalel!" a girl's voice called. I turned and saw my twin sister, Marzia waving at me. "We're in the same second period class! Yay!" she cried.
I ran toward her and we had a big sisterly hug. Then another girl's voice said, "Is there room for one more?" We turned to find our sister, Teresa.. who was also our twin. Triplet hug! Marzia and I opened our arms and Teresa darted in and we shared a big sisterly three-way hug.
We drew back and Marzia smiled. "We're all in the same class! What's the next class for you two?"
"Choir," Teresa said.
"Band," I said.
"Orchestra," Marzia said.
Teresa laughed. "We all got music next! Just not the same music."
The teacher called out, "Settle down, please!" When no one listened, she screamed, "Settle down!"
Everyone jumped and sat down quickly.
"Good!" she barked.
"Uh-oh," Teresa whispered.
The teacher must have very sharp ears because she heard Teresa very clearly. "Young lady, be quiet!" she pointed her yardstick at Teresa. Teresa cowered, but the teacher yelled, "Sit straight!" Teresa covered her eyes and sat straight. "Look at me!" the teacher barked. Teresa uncovered her eyes and looked straight at the teacher. "Good!" the teacher barked again. She slammed the yardstick on her desk.
"I'm Miss Missy Meany!" she shrieked. Someone giggled at her name. "Quiet!" she yelled. The guilty person turned out to be Anthony, who bravely looked at her.
Miss Meany scowled at everyone. "This class is about heavy metal music!" she barked. "And if you are naughty three times, you are banished from this class!" Everyone gasped.
Miss Meany lowered her yardstick. "You!" she pointed to Anthony. "You already have one strike! Two more, then you're out of here!"
The whole class was like that. She gave strict, mean speeches and called out almost everyone for wrongdoings. When the class was finally over, everyone ran out the door in fear.
