Okay, so i know plenty of people have done this before, and one of the ones i tried actually worked! Now i am the fairy of the frozen winter, and Icleemia, the queen of my new realm, has given me the powers to make fairy transformation spells for mortals! So here is the rubric:

Wing Design and colors:crescent moon shaped wings Dark blue on the outside and white on the inside

THE CREATURES CAN TURN INTO HUMANS MY AGE WHEN THEY CHOSE WHETHER OR NOT I'M A FAIRY OR A HUMAN. AND THEY WILL HAVE POWERS TOO.
