Origin: When Jeanette was about 8 years old her parent mysteriously disappeared and she was raised by her uncle Oroku Saki(Shredder) and lived with him and her cousin Karai. One night when the turtles and the foot clan were fighting, Jeanette went to observe the battle. Thinking no one would find her, she sat on the roof of a building overhead. She watched for what seemed like hours until Raphael snuck up behind her. The two engaged in battle for awhile until Jeanette almost feel off the building and Raph saved her, after that the two talked and Jeanette explained her story and how she despised her uncle and cousin, and could not bear to call them family. After Raphael and Jeanette had finished their conversation the battle between the turtles and the foot was finally over, so Raphael introduced Jeanette to the rest of the gang and they allowed her to stay with them, and also got Master Splinter to agree to train her ,but she had to help them fight the foot. Jeanette agreed to these conditions and was allowed to train along side the turtles.
