As the turtles cornered each side of the room, their leader spoke up in a whisper. "Okay guys, you know the plan?" Leonardo asked. His brothers nodded. "What are you doing? What if she can here you?" Raphael asked, loudly whispering. "No, she can't. I'm whispering!" Leo silently yelled at him. "No, now you guys are silently screaming!" Donatello told his brothers. They gave him a look. "I can hear all of you!" I yelled, getting out of my bed to turn on the light. They looked at me. "Man, you guys! You ruined the surprise!" Mikey told them. "What surprise?" I asked, folding my arms. "Your thirteenth birthday surprise." Leo said. Oh my Gosh! I acually forgot my thirteenth birthday was today! "Well, now that our surprise is ruined, there is two things we should say; We're sorry and.. Happy Birthday, Ivy!" Donnie said. The guys echoed it. "Happy Birthday, Ivy!!" I smiled. "Thanks, you guys. I'm so glad that you remembered." I told them. Even though I didn't!
TBC(Hope you liked it!)
"You live. Down there?" Terra asked me, as Mikey lifted the cover to the manhole, or our front door. "I know it's a weird place, but just trust me, it's better inside than you think." I tell her, hoping into the merkey depths. "I'm trusting you. But if you're lying, I'm never gonna trust you again." She replied, hoping down with me. "You won't regret it." I sang, walking throught the tunnels, that seemed to have no end. "It better. I'm getting my new shoes messed up for this." Terra sounded grossed out. "Oh, no. Everyone stop what your doing. Poor little Terra's shoes are getting dirty." Raph sarcastically told everyone. "Shut it, Raphael." Terra replied, not looking back at him. "Ivy. I sure hope you told her not to call me by my full name." Raph asked me. "Oh, she did. She said it annoyed you." Terra answered for me, this time stopping to look him right in the eyes, onyx glaring at green. "Look, girlie," Raph began, fist clenched. "I don't want to hurt you." Terra laughed.
?What was SnakeWeed and SpiderBytes doing with mutagen?? Donnie asked after they made the spider and weed sorry and run away like the wimps they are. ?Couldn?t be good.? Terra answered. ?What are you still doing here?? Raph rudely asked her. ?I would think you would?ve been screaming in terror by now.? He added. ?Nah. I?m good. Plus, I wanna see what the deal is with the freaks. Not you guys.? Terra answered. ?How do you know the dangers of mutagen?? Donnie asked her. ?Her.? She says, pointing to me. My brothers glanced at me. ?Hiya,? I nervously smile. ?You told an outsider about us, Ivy?? Leo asked me, folding his arms. ?Maybe..? My voice trailed off as I rubbed my arm. ?So, you?re not scared?? Mikey asked my friend. ?Nope. Why should I be? Red over here I think saved my life from that thing back there.? She answers. ?Dude. She. Is. Awesome!? Mikey exclaimed, running over to her and hugging her. ?Uh, thanks?? Terra says awkwardly. ?You can let go now, Mikey.? I tell him. ?Oh. Right.? He smiles, putting her down. ?Think? I DID save your worthless life.? Raph interrupted. ?Worthless?? Terra yelled, walking right up to him. ?Wow. Shortie here has an attitude.? Raph laughed. ?Oh, you bet I do!? She yelled, attempting to tackle him. ?Whoh, Terra.? I say, holding on to her. ?Lemme at him! Lemme at him!? Terra yells, her arms moving fiercely. ?Excuse us.? I tell my brothers, leading Terra away from Raph. ?Listen, my brother in red over there is a fighter. He didn?t mean what he said.? I quietly tell her. Maybe, not too quiet. ?I meant it!? Raph yelled over to us. Donnie smacked his head with his bo-staff. Terra laughed at the sight of Raph getting hit. ?Anyways, you might want to stay clear of him. Trust me. My brother in orange has experience.? I tell her. ?So? What?s their names?? Terra asked. ?Red is Raphael. Just call him Raph. Blue is Leonardo. Leo. Purple is Donatello. Donnie for short. And orange is Michelangelo, Mikey.? I explain. She nods. ?Okay. I?m calm.? She adds. I nod, and we go back to my brothers. ?Okay, Ivy. Say bye to your friend. We?re going home.? Leo tells me. ?Aw, c?mon Leo. Can she come? Please! Please! Please!? I pleaded. ?Come on, Leo. She has already seen us. She might as well. She won?t scream in a giant rat?s face if she didn?t to us.? Mikey backed me up. ?Giant rat?? Terra asked. ?Yea.? I replied. ?I love rats!? Please can I come?? Terra joins me and Mikey?s pleads. Leo sighed. Then he added,?Fine!? I smiled. I knew I could crack him.
I so sad!! Its... Its... A SHORT CHAPPIE!! No! The torture! Here it is:
As soon as I hit the ground, I bolted up and ran to the other side of the roof. Terra was right behind me. "Don't get into any more trouble untill the fight is over. Got that?" Raph asked me and Terra. I nodded. Then he ran back over to the fight. "So? Who are they?" Terra asks. "Uh.." My voice trailed off. "C'mon, spit it out." She says, crossing her arms. I took a deep breath, then blurred out,"TheyaregiantmutantninjaturtleswhoIhavebeenlivingwithfornineyearseversincemystepdadthrewmeinthesewersandtheyhaveagiantratsensaiwhoislikemydadandhetrainsthemtofightothermutantsliketheseguys!" I say, super fast. Terra doesn't say anything for awhile. But then she said,"Cool. Strange, but cool." I sighed with relief. I had a friend who accepted my brothers and didn't go screaming away in terror. This is a beginning of a beautiful friendship.
?It?s a giant spider.? I said. ?Split up!? Leo announced. ?It?s a giant spider.? I repeated. I was deathly afraid of spiders as much as Raph is afraid of roaches. And that?s pretty sad considering that we both live in a sewer? ?Look what we got ?er.? The giant spider said grimly. The weed thing screeched so loudly I was forced to move from my shocked pose to cover my ears. ?Ivy! Get to safety!? Donnie called out to me. ?No need to tell me twice!? I yell back, running away from the mutants. ?What?s going on, up there?? I heard a voice call out. ?Terra!? I whisper. I saw her on the steal stairs by her window. I jumped down by her. ?Hiya!? I exclaim. ?Is that you making all that noise?? She asks. My brothers? yelling answered her question. Terra made her way half-way on the stairs to investigate. ?Wait!? I yell. ?Yea?? She asks. ?It, uh, is me! The noise, I mean. I?m, uh, watching a, uh, movie. Yeah. A movie.? I nervously smile, rubbing the back of my neck. ?I?m not dumb, Ivy.? She says, and with that, she was already on the roof. ?Terra!? I say, running up to her. She froze at the sight. Could you blame her? A giant weed, spider, and four mutant turtles with ninja weapons. ?You got some explaining.? Terra tells me, crossing her arms, watching my brothers. I sighed with relief. She didn?t freak out. ?So, who are they?? She asks. ?Can we continue this conversation somewhere safe? Like, not mixed in with a fight.? I ask. She nods. But we were to late. The spider saw us. ?Aw, leaving the party so soon?? It yells to us. The weed?s leaf-like arms grew so it could reach us. The weeds wrapped around our waists. We were lifted up into the air. But when The Weed(No idea what it?s name is!) touched Terra, it flinched. ?Ivy!? My brothers? yelled. ?They know you?? Terra yelled. ?Long story!? I yell back, trying to dig my nails into the weed around me. ?Let her go, you cold hearted pest!? Raph yelled. ?I?m here too!? Terra yelled. ?And her friend we do not know!? Mikey yelled. ?Best I?m gonna get.? Terra mumbled. She tried to dig her nails as well to get the weed to let go, but it didn?t budge. ?Leo! Your katana!? I yell. ?Kinda busy!? He yells back, trying to hold off one of the spider?s claw like arms. ?Mikey! Nun-chucks!? He couldn?t help either. ?Donnie?? I yelled. He was wacking the spider. I didn?t seem to see Raph. Then I heard him yelling as he jumped, sai at hand, to cut the weed?s arms. He got ?em cut and Terra and I fell to the ground.
?Mikey! Mikey! To the left! To the left!? I yell at him. It took about a millisecond to realize that Mikey had no idea which way was his left and we lost the level. I sighed. ?Can we do it again?? I ask, getting the level set up without a response. ?Sorry, Ivy. We gotta go patrolling.? Leo?s voice startled me. ?Huh? It?s night already?? I ask. ?Yup.? Donnie replied. ?Can I go with you guys?? I ask. But I already know the answer. I?ve been shot down so many times to go patrolling with them, I?ve lost count. ?Well, Splinter did say he is going to start training her now. She can see how we do it and get a heads start.? Mikey backed me up. I nodded. Leo, Donnie, and Raph shared glances. ?Fine. You can come. But you have to be careful.? Leo says. ?Blah, blah, blah! Let?s just go!? I say, a little too excitedly.
My brothers and I were on a building. They told me who the enemy was and taught me some basic moves if I need to protect myself. They kept it light and simple, so I wouldn?t overload my brain on my first time. It was a slow night, which I was disappointed about. I was really looking forward to seeing them in action. Sure, I?ve seen them train, but this was for real. We were just about ready to go when Mikey started talking really fast. ?Guysit?sSpyderBytesandhehasmutagenwithhimandSnakeWeed!? He yelled. My eyes widened. There is a spider? Raph covered Mikey?s mouth before he would blow our cover. I closed my eyes, hoping it was a small spider and not some freakishly large one. ?Did he hear us?? Leo asked Donnie. Donnie peaked over the edge. He was face-to-face with a HUGE red and black spider. ?Um, I would say so!? Donnie yells. Why did it have to be a spider?
As I was taking deep breathes, I could hear Raph screaming at Mikey, "You took him! I know you did!". I rolled my eyes and walked out of my room to save Mikey's tail. Again. "What did he do now, Raph?" I asked. "Ivy? When did you get here?" He asked. "Answer my question first." I replied. "He stole Spike!" Raph yelled in my face. "Did you see him take him?" "No." "Okay then, you got no proof. End of conversation. GoodBye. If you were not saticfied, please leave a complaint to......someone!" I say, leading Mikey away from his doom. "Thanks, Ivy. I owe ya one!" Mikey sighed with relief. "Don't mention it." I mumbled. "So, do you want to play some videogames?" He asked. I smiled. "Doomagendon 4?" I asked. "Doomagendon 4." Mikey agreed, getting the game set up. I grabbed the first-player controller behind Mikey's back. He loves to be first-player on any game. The tables have turned, Michaelanglo.......
"Dude, you don't look too good. What can I do to help?" Terra asked. "Help. Get. Home." I say, gasping for my valuable air. "Sure. Where do you live?" She asked. I pointed to a random apartment building. She nodded, helping me walk to it. I used my hands to tell Terra that I need to sit. I also motioned for her to use the payphone across the way to call my 'dad'. She found some extra cents in her pocket and walked over to the phone. As soon as her back was towards me, I bolted up and ran into a alley. I peaked only for a second to see Terra coming back to my spot, seeing me gone. She looked around, turning her head in every possible angle. "I'm sorry, Terra." I say under my breath, opening the manhole that was in the dark alley. I followed the tunnels for about two minutes, coughing up saliva. I spit it out. Gross, I'm thinking. I made it to the lair, ran to my bedroom, and found my inhaler. I put it in my mouth and felt a releif as the air medication entered my system.
"I've never seen you around here before? Did you just move here, or somethin'?" Terra asked me. I decided to stick around with her. She seemed cool. "No, I've lived here my whole life. I mostly just play videogames with my brothers." I said. That's true. Mikey always wants me to play with him, 'cause Raph, Leo, and Donnie claim that they have a life and they don't want to waste it on videogames. "That's cool. I grew up with four brothers and two sisters." Terra tells me. "I'm guessing that you never had your own room!" I joke. She laughes. "Hey, wanna go to the mall and make fun of all the lame fashions this season?" She asks. I laugh, then start running. "Race 'ya there!" I yell. "You're on!" Terra yells, catching up, fast. We run for awhile, but I started to slow down. I'm all of a sudden getting short amounts of breath, then I remember about my asthma. And I forgot my inhaler at the lair. Great. Just great....
I did as Splinter suggested and went to the surface. It's a real bummer that my brothers can't come up here in the daytime. The city is so nice. If you don't count the gangs, like the weak and babish, The Purple Dragons. I've heard stories about those guys told by my brothers. They always talk about how weak they are and how they could beat them blindfolded. The Purple Dragons are only a threat to people who don't know how to take care of themselves. Or, as Raph says, not even a threat to an ant. I was too busy daydreaming to notice the poor girl that I ran into. "Oh my Gosh, I'm so sorry!" I say, helping her up. "It's cool. I'm just glad that you acually said your sorry! Most peoplehere would trample me!" She jokes. I laugh. "So, what's your name?" I ask her. "Name's Terra. You?" She asks. "Ivy." If I knew what danger she would be in if I hanged out with her, I would've kept walkin'.

"P-please, don't hurt m-me." I stuttered. I felt one of the creature's arm lift me. I looked up to see a man sized turtle. But I didn't scream. I just allowed myself to be carried away.
"You're dad was a real jerk, Ivy." Raph said. "Step dad." I corrected. "And yes, he was." I added. After a awkward silence in the kitchen, Master Splinter spoke. "My dear, I have decided to allow you to train with your brothers. I have never allowed you in the past, because I feared that you would hurt yourself." He explained. I bowed maturely, but on the inside, my heart was beating so fast! "In the mean time, go to the surface if you wish. After all, it is your special day." He added.
Yes, truely sad. Sad, indeed.

~Nine Years Ago~
"Ivy!" My stepfather yelled right in my ear. "Yes, Daddy?" I asked. He gave me a look. "I told you never to call me that!" He yelled, grabbing my hair and pulling it. Hard. I winced, but he didn't care. He became this monster when my mother died in the crash. She was the only who was able to calm him down. She married him when she got divorced from my father, a police officer. I was happy back then. Now I'm in a living nightmare. But to top it all off, I was only four. A four year old being beaten. A four year old being a slave. Servant. That was all I was to him. Someone to pick on, someone to be mad at for no good reason. But something clicked that day. He seemed madder than usual. Madder than Raph if Mikey touched Spike. He grabbed me by my hair again, dragged me to the manhole in the middle of our street, and threw me into the sewers. Then I heard it shut, then voices. I tried to hide, but I was in the sewers, no where to hide.
