No, I don't think so. Raphael (while being the strongest, best fighter on the team) doesn't have the patience to run a well-oiled fighting machine of awesomeness. Raphael acts rashly, in an emotion ground instead of logical, and with sheer brawn rather then a steady mix between brains and fire-power. Leonardo is very fluid, and he thinks things out through both his moral compass and his logic. He tries to remain calm and tries to understand his brothers as best that he can in order to bring the team to its prime!
