I just looked up TMNT Enemy of my Enemy on google. I saw a viedo of karia and leo fighting and she says i want to help you fight the krang she says that shrdder is stoped and wants to join leo he refuses and leaves and says "SORRY SISTER! 		reply

Dude she is Splinters daughter I figured that out before that episode showed. Cause Shreder talked about restoreing family honor and what Splinter did to them. So I'm thinking Shreder saved Karai from the fire and told her that he was her father and Splinter destroyed her mom. 		reply

@clizo, i've wondered that too, and i don't think he does, i mean, how could he? All Shredder knows is that his students are turtles and that he is alive. I have a little theory that later in the series, they will finaly see each other face-to-face and fight, but when Shredder finaly sees Splinter for the 1st time he'll probably make some lame joke about it, like the referance about Xever not being the only one missing his legs or not being able to walk.

Technically speaking, your end theory is correct, but how you got there probably isn't.
Since Leo just met Karai recently (Going by show world), he couldn't really know. I believe that he meant it in the 'wassup, bro?' way. I say that to people all the time and they're not my brother.

some people just say sister its kinda like sometimes i call my friends sister so it might not be his daughter and karai is shredders daughter and she was not adopted cause they share the same blood and there both evil sorta... 		reply

That makes no sence. I'm not dening thats what you saw, but 2 things:
1.) Thats just and expresion, i've heard guys call girls "sister" before, its kind of an outdated thing but its real.
2.) Even if she WAS Miwa how could Leo POSSIBLY know that? 		reply
