There is evidence
1. Splinter said that Miwa disappeared and that can mean she's still alive
2. Shredder might have kidnapped her and changed her name to Karai
3. In Baxter's Gambit, Splinter said to April that Miwa might be about her age
4. In Karai's Vendatta it was revealed on the look of her face that she lost her mother and that might be Tang Shen
5. Finally in the same episode, Karai told April her name was Harmony and Miwa means 'Beautiful harmony'
If there is more evidence please tell me and if you disagree then do the same thing

Finally, some more proof that Karai is Miwa. Thank you Mockingjai. And yes, I agree with your evidence. It's awesome that I'm not the only one playing detective on finding the real truth on Karai. Even though I don't like her(don't judge me), I still love a good mystery. I sometimes imagine one of my OC's as not only a street fighting minor mutant heroine, but also a detective. She will do anything to find out who Karai really is. Do you ever wish that there's going to be an episode about something llike that? Anyways, hope you reply soon.

PS. The whole "Harmony" thing- totally agree with that. I mean, who names themself Harmony- even if it is a fake name?
I don't know. I mean, if Karai called herself Harmony- she must know that her real name's Miwa (if it's true of course). And if she knows that, then she must've asked about the whole name change.
Maybe Shredder's kept the whole "Splinter being your real father" thing a secret from her. And maybe in the end, she'll find out. Hopefully, she decides to join the Turtles by then.
Not to mention that they drop at least three hints during enemy of my enemy.
1) Leo says "Sorry, sister." (okay, not really proof, but still.)
2) Distinction between "shredder's your father?!", and "you're shredder's daughter?!"
3) Distinction between "Shredder's family" and "Shredder's blood." Like, normally, wouldn't they just say the first thing and the second one would be implied with that? But instead, they make the two seprate... am I making sense here? Please someone tell me if I'm making sense.
