Do u think Amon died or just got electrocuted?

Tarrlok is a bittersweet person. I felt bad for him wen he was telling his story. Anyway did Amon die? What do u think 		reply

2. It's a popular theory to do this. Harry Potter did it. Percy Jackson did it. How to Train your Dragon did it a LOT.

hes not alive because the boat blew up seconds after Tarrlock electrocuted it and no one, not even Amon couldve survived that. that is my theory 		reply

of course he died he got BLOWN UP! and wasnt expectimg it cuz he had his backed turned driving the boat so naturally u would think he died...... but im not o sure. i mean in season two, whos gonna be the villain?

i always thought the next villain would be Asami or something you know for having korra steal mako and what not...

I'm not sure if he died or not. On one hand, he was a water bender and probably a strong swimmer. On the other hand, the boat DID explode... I think Tarrlock probably died (sorry) because he didn't have bending anymore, but as for Amon....
Well, I hope he survived. But if he didn't, I guess there will be another villain in book two *sigh* even if its not Amon

you know what I think? I think that he knew that amon was going to survive and he wasn't. I think he didn't want to have anything more to do with that horrible life. It was just soo sad and you know there is a difference between explosion and electrocution you see I don't think either of them got electrocuted. Tarlok used the electro-glove and mixed it with gasolene which caused an explosion not any electrocution. 		reply

Tarrlok is HORRIBLE.. why would he kill/eletricute his brother? I know he was afraid that Amon might terririze again but he said he wanted to start a new life.. :| I think Thats Amon is alive and he's gonna get revenge on republic city! 		reply

Tarrlock's dead but Amon might still be alive because he could have water bent and froze himself in a big ice ball. I predict that some one will find Amon in the 3rd or fourth season. There will be a new villain in the next season Shin Shi and the Dragon men.

I am thinking he did die, BUT, the next book is called "Spirts" so maybe Amon will return as a spirt in Korra's meditation stuff. I don't know, this is just what I think.

I'm gonna tell you what happened in a re-script.
This is the re-script:
Noatok: (ly) It's gonna be just like old times, Tarrlok.
Tarrlok puts a glove over the gas tank, blowing up the boat.
The explosion destroys Tarrlok but Noatok survived.
Noatok: (While boat explodes) WHAT THE F(cut off by explosion) TARRLOK?!?! 		reply

I may have posted this, but I just wanted to explain something to you all: science! When lightning strickes oil, it can cause a fire. Since there was so much oil in the gas tank, it blew it up. Basically, if Tarrlok electrucuted a wire, and it was attach to Amon, it would have electrucuted him. But the boat blew up so that didn't happen. 		reply

I refuse to believe Amon died. Amon is the antagonist, the antagonist causes the problems in the series and since a story seldom changes antagonists...He will be back. 		reply
