Worst: Turbo, Super Samurai (sorry)
Best: In Space, Time Force
Dishonorable Mentions: Operation Overdrive, Jungle Fury
Honorable Mentions: Basically all the ones I didn't mention
All time favorite: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (I know it's not Power Rangers, but I think it beats them all) 		reply

Worst: Turbo, Ninja Storm, Operation Overdrive, Jungle Fury, Samurai (Gonna get a lot of hate for those last two...).
Best: MMPR, Zeo, In Space, Time Force, Wild Force, Dino Thunder, And my all time favorite.... RPM!
