Appearance: Body is chrome, and a light shade of metallic bluish-purple. Main body is round, and has a pale yellow oval-shaped screen on the front, where his face appears. On top of his mouth, he has a small but thick and curly dark-brown mustache. Arms are long and revolvable, and have three fingers on each hand. Has a forward-curving antenna on the top, and has a hover mechanism on the bottom of his body, which repels the ground so that he can levitate up to five inches off the ground. Below his screen on the front of his body, he has seven lights (he had eight, but the last one burned out) and a compartment that serves as an oven/toaster/microwave. (Not exactly meant for storage or transportation... xD)
Outfit: Does not wear things often, but is sometimes seen wearing a black fedora or a chef's hat.
Personality: Sweet, caring, obnoxious, timid, helpful, cheerful, oblivious, affectionate.
Likes: Cooking, singing loudly, helping the Rocket Hippos, going on missions.
Dislikes: Displeasing others, falling apart, seeing the Rocket Hippos hurt, getting scared (the poor thing is easily frightened ;_; )
Extra: CECILIO 1.0 was originally intended to be YAY-OK version 8. However, his designs and programming were not exactly according to plan, and he ended up differently. (For example, he was accidentally programmed with an Italian voice chip instead of the default Spanish one.) When he was sent to GASI for inspection as YAY-OK 8, Dr. Chimpsky rejected him due to the fact that he didn't look or sound right, and that he short-circuited at times. CECILIO was then scheduled to be shipped off and scrapped, but the Rocket Hippos, Edwyn and Victor H., insisted on taking him as their own robot and caretaker. As a result, CECILIO 1.0 became a custom robot, and the only one of his kind.

Appearance: Light bluish-gray skin; dark brown eyes, small ears that are slightly larger than normal, two large teeth that stick out at both sides of his wide mouth.
Outfit: Bright green space outfit with a light silver belt that has a black star on the front.
Personality: Intelligent, cautious, careful, curious, nervous, overwhelmed at times.
Likes: Working hard on missions, studying, taking precautionary measures, making calculations, exploring vast galaxies, going on missions.
Dislikes: Edwyn messing around, getting off task, losing control of the ship, sudden noises.
Extra: Victor is part of the GASI, and is partners with Edwyn H., his brother, in a team called the Rocket Hippos. He is the smarter, more cautious of the two, which is why he constantly tries to take control of situations over his careless brother.
