who notices that theres a smart and crazy one in all shows?

I always find in shows that theres a smart one and a dumb/ crazy/enthusiastic one. Do you ever see that? I mean, in this show it is bob and Dr. Cochroach. in fairly oddparents its cosmo and A.J. See what I mean? 		reply
