"No," she says, "I'm not. This is a huge mess, and I'm gonna get to the bottom of it, 'cause that's what friends do. And I'm gonna try my best to fix this. Okay?"

Walking home with Dib from Bloaty's, Keb gets a phone call.
"Moving a bit fast, aren't you? Geez, they just broke up!" a robotic voice reprimands.
"RIC, how do you- are you following me?" She turns around and sees an owl with glowing red eyes. Glaring at it, she whispers into the phone. "You're supposed to be following the alien invaders, not me!"
"I've already uncovered their plans. I had some free time before I report in, and I just found myself outside Bloaty's," the rebel SIR explains.
"Very funny," she says, and hangs up. Looking at Dib, she apologizes. "Sorry. Stupid robocall." She laughs.
He shakes his head. "Did you ask if it was following us?"
"Sorry, telemarketer, not robocall. Duh, Keb."
"And how did you not know what was going on?" Dib asks as she's almost home.
"It's summer; I was inside."
