This is not a can you guess thing. I heard this song on the radio but I don't know its name this is some of the lyrics I remember

Here I am once again I'm torn into pieces can't deny it can't pretend just thought you were the one

do you know? If no one can I'll try to find more lyrics by the way I think that those lyrics are the chorus
