Phil DeVille

Unlike all of his friends, Phil's been a little slow to catch up with the rest of the gang. He still thinks that gross things are really great and that throwing spitballs can make for hours of endless entertainment. And now that his older sister (by two minutes) Lil is doing her own thing, Phil spends much of his time hanging around with the guys.
