Cosmo is Timmy's Fairy Godfather. On the intelligence meter, this guy's no brain surgeon. In fact, you wouldn't use the word, "brain" to describe him at all. He means well and he is FUNNY, but his magic wand has been known to invite mayhem into Timmy's life.
