Kevin

Kevin. That name just screams MEAN to Fred. Kevin is Fred's NEMISIS next-door neighbor. AHHH! He is always break dancing, singing out of key, and prepping to make Fred totally LOSE HIS MARBLES! (And unfortunately, sometimes it works!) Whenever Fred runs into trouble, it's safe to say Kevin is involved. So, it's best to keep an eye on him, for safety's sake!

Kevin is played by Jake Weary, formerly of As The World Turns fame.
