In the 1960s, Troop International created universal specifications for all Troop utility belts due to safety issues with earlier, unregulated belts. Updates occur twice a year. The current list of required belt items: Grappling launcher, Percussive grenades, Troop PDA (mobile connection to TroopGrid), Laser Scalpel, Xenon flashlight.

To carry commonly used items in monster combat. Standard issue.
