Titanium-carbonite alloy casing. Features: 2-way video phone; thermometer & biorhythm monitor; spectrometer (for emergencies only). Can also be used as a watch. Comes in many styles.

Invented in 1878 as a two-way video communicator, its technology was leaked to the public in the 1920s, only to later become the foundation of television.

Main communication device for all Troops. Standard issue.
