It’s Bowser’s time to shine!
If your familiar with the Mario & Luigi series (Superstar Saga, Partners In Time), your in for an awesome surprise, this time around Bowser steals the show! It just might be the best in the Mario & Luigi series so far! The Mushroom Kingdom is suffering from a bad case of “The Blorbs”. Anyone exposed to the “Blorb Shroom” blows up to an enormous size and rolls around uncontrollably. An urgent meeting is called with Mario and the gang all present. Bowser, up to his usual “no good”, enters Peach’s castle and quickly gets defeated by Mario. Later in a mystical forest, Bowser is tricked into eating a blorb shroom and inhales everything and everyone in his path. And that’s just the being of the hilarious mayhem! Now Mario and Luigi are super tiny heroes and lost inside Bowser’s “insides” (gross!). Meanwhile on the outside (literally!), Bowser is trying to get back in control. It follows the same formula as the previous games but feels really new and fresh. A lot of that has to do with the fact that you get to use the famous big baddie Bowser himself. He’s got an original set of cool moves fit for a King (King Koopa that is!).
