While his optimism and enthusiasm can make him an easy target for cousin Angelica’s schemes, it never breaks Tommy’s stride; he always sees the best in people. Voiced by E.G. Daily.

Where Tommy is a ‘doer,’ Chuckie is more of a ‘thinker,’ and he’s got a lot on his mind - mostly, a running list of fears and dangers. Still, when he’s got his pals by his side, Chuckie can’t resist coming along for the ride. Interests include Melville the pillbug, keeping things tidy, and trying to be brave like Tommy…eventually. Voiced by Christine Cavanaugh/Nancy Cartwright.

A clever preschooler with a wicked streak, Angelica knows how to turn on the charm when adults are around. This, of course, lets her get away with just about anything - namely, bossing around the younger babies. She loves to lead the babies astray on wild goose chases, always aided by best friend and favorite fashion doll Cynthia (she’s a really cool dancer!). Voiced by Cheryl Chase.

Forever in arguments and yet always inseparable, everybody’s favorite twins are Tommy’s next-door neighbors. They love to whip up mud-pies full of just about anything else you can find in a backyard. Don’t let the messiness fool you - ‘Phillip’ and ‘Lillian’ are pitch-perfect companions for any and every adventure…they just might get distracted by a juicy bug along the way. Kind, fun-loving Susie and her family recently moved into Tommy’s neighborhood with her go-getter of a mom and her writer dad (he works on the Dummi Bears, every kid’s favorite cartoon)! Her energetic optimism and desire to stand up for what’s right put her squarely in Angelica’s cross-hairs…but she’s not afraid of a little friendly competition. She’s the kind of friend the babies gladly to help take on their nemesis. Voiced by Cree Summer.
